How we see ourselves
It’s not just our business relations that are shaped by our Hanseatic background. Talking openly when the time is right, fairness in every respect and the capacity to reflect on our own work are the principles on which we operate.
An enjoyment of dealing with people and an interest in tackling complex questions represent our motivation. And last but not least, it is our enthusiasm for our work that enables us to strike a balance between working with the necessary seriousness and maintaining a sense of humour in our dealings with each other.
